Green Grocery App is Kampala's Mobile app based Food and Vegetable Shopping Store. We deliver Farm-fresh, quality agri-products with Free Home Delivery & Cash on Delivery services. Our Product range: Vegetables, Fruits, Poultry, Milk Products, Beverages and Grocery. And, time to time we will bring to you many other products of interest.

What are the different ways of making a payment for my orders?

You could opt for Cash on Delivery now. Soon you will be able to make payment through mobile Money and Credit/Debit Card on Delivery.

Presently, we serve only in Kampala region. But gradually we wish to extend to other towns of Uganda.

How Green Grocery App Works

Download Green Grocery application from Google''s Play Store or App Store (Coming Soon) and register yourself with your name, Mobile number and email id. You will receive a welcome call from our Customer Care department. Your address with landmarks will be captured and account will be activated. Once activated please open the app and start placing your orders. Your order will be executed within 4 timeslots.

What is the minimum order Value / What are the delivery charges?

There is no minimum order value.. However, there will be a nominal delivery charge of UGX 1000 per delivery. This Charge is irrespective of the Purchase Volume.

When does Green Grocery deliver? How do I choose a delivery slot?

Please check out our "delivery-slot" on home page. Chose a delivery slot that is most convenient to you. If in case you don''t have any specific time slot preference, please chose any

Why is there a difference in the bill at the time of ordering and the actual price that I get in my final Bill?

You may find that your final bill is slightly different from the ordered price. We don''t cut and make pieces of the fruits and vegetable delivered. While you shop, we show an approx. weight and price for everything. At the time of delivery, we weigh each item to determine final price. This could vary by 5% at maximum. Which means, something that costs UGX 2000 per kg, and we deliver 1.2 kg of the product to you, you will still be charged a maximum of UGX. 2100. In case the weight of the product is lesser than what you ordered, you will pay correspondingly less. We guarantee that you''ll always pay the true price for the actual weight of your products.

How would Cancellation / Refund work? How will I get my money back?

Your satisfaction is our priority. At the time of your order delivery please check the products thoroughly to your satisfaction. If you''re in any way dissatisfied with any of the items, you could return the product intact to the Green Grocery APP customer service executive delivering you the order. We would not charge you for the returned items, the amount can be subtracted from the final bill. Owing to the nature of the product we can process your request if it is received within 3 hours of delivery. In case your order is cancelled before the order is out for delivery, no extra charges are made on the cancelled delivery. However, Green Grocery holds the right to deduct any delivery charges or wastage charges in case the cancellation is done after the dispatch of your delivery. No refund would be done to the extent of any free gift or Gift voucher or Green Grocery Concession Cash back availed in your order.

Will I get invoice with my delivery? How can I check to see if my order is complete and correct?

We will send your final bill notification on Mobile App & a hard invoice copy at the time of delivery. The Green Grocery Delivery executives will have a portable weighing machine which can be used to check the quantity ordered.

Where do I enter Coupon Code?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery option, below the delivery option there is a box where you can enter any e voucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

Is Shopping on Green Grocery Secure

Yes, We have decided to keep only Cash on delivery payment mode. You can be totally confident when you are shopping with Green Grocery App, we take every precaution to protect your privacy and to prevent misuse of the private information you provide us.

Where is my order? How do I know the status of my order? Can I make changes to my Order?

You cannot edit the order once the order is placed. You can only cancel (Please read the order cancellation process) the order before it is out for delivery and reorder. Once the order is out for delivery you can''t cancel your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order by calling on our customer care no. xxxxxxxxxxxx. You can only cancel the order before it is out for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery you can''t cancel your order. In case your order is cancelled before the order is out for delivery, no extra charges are made on the cancelled delivery. However, Green Grocery holds the right to deduct delivery charges or wastage charges in case the cancellation is done after the dispatch of your delivery.

Can I change the delivery order once order is placed?

You cannot change the delivery address once the order is placed. You can cancel the previous order and place a new one. You can store maximum of 3 delivery addresses attached to your account.

Can I order on Phone?

Only bulk orders are accepted on phone (Total order above 25 Kg or UGX 1 Mn)

What should I do if I did not receive everything I ordered?

We have a quality and quantity check department which cross checks and seals every orders before it is dispatched, however, in a very unlikely situation, if an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately on our customer care phone number in presence of the Delivery executive, along with order details & the name of the item that missing. We would try our best to either deliver the product or propose a substitute.

What if I receive a product that I am dissatisfied with? Should I discard it, email or call?

Your satisfaction is our priority. At the time of your order delivery please check the products thoroughly to your satisfaction. If you''re in any way dissatisfied with any of the items, you could return the product intact to the Green Grocery Delivery service executive delivering you the order. We would not charge you for the returned items. The amount will be subtracted from the final bill. We will revert almost instantly and resolve the issue in the least possible time.
